For 20 years I held a Leasing Administrator and a Credit Administration position where I was responsible for the creation, instruction, and adaptations of contracts and finance. For over 10 years I also worked within my husband's commercial/residential concrete and construction business.

Brenda Bredehoeft's philosophy in life is to serve people with a diligent work ethic, integrity, and patience. As a retired Texas educator, Brenda has spent a lifetime listening and considering the needs of others, problem solving, and working tirelessly for others. Cathy Webb worked as a Dental Hygienist for 35 years. She worked in three long time positions during those years and was able to bond and make great relationships with her patients over the years. She now enjoys the relationships she gets to build with her real estate clients while helping them find the home of their dreams. Also working in the dental office on a strict appointment schedule has given her good time management skills which has been helpful in real estate. Cathy is also known for her researching skills and her quest for knowledge, which has been helpful in all aspects of real estate.
Through the years on her days off, she would enjoy going with her Real Estate Broker husband on appointments. She developed a love for real estate especially the showings of homes. She now enjoys showing homes herself and also assisting her husband with the transactions of real estate. The flexibility in their schedules and working relationship gives them the time to enjoy the things they like to do together, especially fishing, hiking and traveling.
