In 2007, Lauren graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She worked many design positions including model home staging for Brighton Homes. Naturally, home design brought Lauren to pursue Real Estate in 2012. Lauren is well-versed in residential sales, unimproved property/vacant land sales, and tenant placement. This extensive knowledge & dedication granted Lauren with a 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2016-2018 & 2020-2023 earning a spotlight feature in Texas Monthly Magazine.

John Baker is a fourth generation Houstonian and fifth generation Texan. He attended The Kinkaid School and Northwest Academy prior to graduating from South Kent School in South Kent Connecticut. His collegiate pursuits included Post College in Waterbury, CT and the University of Houston Downtown where he studied Business Administration.

John's background is peppered with the farming and ranching business and owner of a trucking logistics firm in Pearsall, Texas. For 28 years he was involved as a health, safety and environmental quality executive for several Gulf Coast oil and gas firms where he learned first-hand the value of outstanding customer service and quality control.

He believes in the concept of "getting things right the first time," a lesson well-learned in his previous business endeavors and one that will characterize his approach to the real estate business. I like to compare real estate transactions to roller coaster rides. There is always thrill and excitement, but often the loops and surprises can be scary. Sometimes the ride is so quick that you can't believe it's already time to vacate. Other times, there are obstacles and delays, slowing the ride down to a complete stop mid track.
