Born in North Texas, but raised in Florida, Nicole Meador is a Texan at heart. Raised a Cowboys and Gator fan, she graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Business Administration degree with a minor in Education. Just after moving back to Texas in 2004, she obtained her mortgage and insurance licenses. After a short time, she decided to get her real estate license in 2005. Since then she served as the transaction coordinator for one of the largest real estate teams- Writing / Negotiating/ Closing thousands of transactions, she has experienced almost every scenario you can imagine. Now the Broker/Owner of Clearview Real Estate, she aims to focus on showing HER clients, just how an experienced agent can get the deal to closing!
In her personal life, she enjoys quality time with her husband and children. She is active in her children's school at Montgomery ISD and all their sporting events. Although she has been in Texas for 15 years, she will always remain a true Gators fan.

Worth metroplex, Dana grew up on a 16-acre property where she developed a love for horses and participated in 4-H and Quarter Horse shows. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.



After completing her education, Dana worked as a Medical Technologist and Laboratory Director. In 1995, she married her husband, Jack, and together they have three children. They have been residents of the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area since 2007, with a prior residence in the greater Houston area from 1993-2005. They briefly lived in Northern Ohio from 2005-2007 before returning to Texas.



In 2015, Dana decided to make a career shift and entered the real estate business with Top Guns Realty. During her time there, she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the industry. In 2020, she joined the Pam Westlake Realty Group, led by Pam Westlake, Owner/Broker. Here are a few facts so that you can get to know me better… I am a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. After high school, I attended Texas A&M in the footsteps of my big brother. I spent 15 years in the telecommunication business, and that career is what allowed me to relocate to Dallas. Once in Dallas, I met DeAnna. My first mate and also my last mate! She and I started working together in real estate and have worked together ever since. We both have Harley Davidson’s and love to ride out in the countryside when we are not working our real estate business. My wife DeAnna is who drug me into this hobby… but I will let her tell you that story if she ever gets the chance! All in all, I love people and the community that I live in. The first thing I did when I relocated to the Lake Conroe area was to join the “Lake Conroe Rotary Club.” I transferred my membership from the Park Cities Rotary Club in Dallas where I had been a member for 12 years.
