Shirley Weber is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance. She is a seasoned, customer service-driven real estate professional. Shirley has been a licensed agent for 11 years and has helped many people achieve their goal of home ownership. Prior to real estate, she was a partner in Houston's largest and most successful Senior Home Care company.Shirley feels the business of real estate is much like the business of home care. It is all about helping people with their needs - particularly those needs related to emotions, memories and making tough decisions. This is her passion and her talent. Melissa is a 3rd Generation Real Estate Agent and proud to be a part of this wonderful area in Texas! She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's degree in English, and Minor in Mass Communications. She enjoyed teaching elementary and middle school students for several years. Not only did this give her ample experience in paying attention to the details and multitasking, it gave her an inside look to the wonderful schools and families that reside within Montgomery County!
Melissa and her husband, David, were both raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. They have been blessed to continue their family legacy here, raising their children close to grandparents and in the community that they have loved for so long. In their spare time they enjoy giving back to the community through local schools and church, spending time with family, and attending local events.

Jessica Fleming is a local North Houston born and raised in Montgomery County. Jessi found her niche in Real Estate as an assistant to a Top Producer in high school and has never looked back since. With her early roots, Jessica offers many years of real estate knowledge, creative marketing, and market analysis and she prides herself in luxury customer service from contract to closing.



Jessica graduated from Texas A&M University with a Major in Communication and Minor in Business from Mays Business School. She is married to Bradley Fleming and together, they have a yellow lab and a baby boy. They are members at Restoration Church and look forward to growing their family here in Montgomery, TX.

Prior to her career in real estate, Ms. Britton worked in the Petroleum Industry for seven years, primarily in the Geochemistry sector. She now uses her strong communication, organization, and management skills as a real estate agent, guiding her buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. Her personal experience remodeling and staging homes is very helpful to sellers, preventing them from making costly remodeling mistakes while preparing for the sale of their homes. In her free time, Ms. Britton enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, photography, and traveling.
