I'm a holistic realtor with a specialization in finding and creating healthy homes. There is a growing awareness of the dangers of VOCs, mold, EMFs, and overall indoor air quality. Unfortunately, too many individuals are seeing a rise in illness as a result of exposure to these various indoor air pollutants. After personally experiencing mold toxicity and watching my young child develop severe neurological issues as a result of hidden indoor mold, its become my mission to provide a real estate experience focused on building biology and helping clients find new homes that will better facilitate their healing journey. A little more about me...

I'm a proud native Texan and Houstonian that loves my home state and all that it has to offer. Originally from the Clear Lake area, I've enjoyed our peaceful Galveston beaches and coastal waterways my entire life, and currently love living in Montgomery County in the close-knit community of Woodforest, just minutes away from The Woodlands and beautiful Lake Conroe. The Heights and Oak Forest just outside of Downtown Houston have played major roles in my love for real estate and are my second home and where you can find me spending time with family and friends, and dining at all the best restaurants.

Whether you are relocating, buying or selling real estate for personal or investment purposes, my objective is to help you close the transaction with ease. I have lived in Montgomery County since 1979 and love serving the Lake Conroe community through my real estate profession. I am driven for results. Courtney is a native Houstonian, born and raised in the Jersey Village area. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved inside the loop and enjoys living in the Heights. She is a full-time educator in the Houston Independent School District and truly loves working with children. Courtney developed a passion for real estate growing up with a Realtor as a parent. In 2017, she decided to pursue her own license. Courtney takes a lot of pride in helping her friends and colleagues find the homes of their dreams. Now, with two Realtor-parents, she also takes an active role in assisting her family in each transaction they are involved in. Courtney deeply enjoys connecting with new clients and building lifelong relationships with each person she has the pleasure of working with!

Pamela Westlake has been an integral part of the real estate community since 1992. Pamela started her real estate career at Century 21 Western in Katy, Texas. After learning the ins and outs of the industry, she moved to the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area in 2004 where she joined TopGuns Realty on Lake Conroe. In 2013 she became a Broker Associate with TopGuns Realty. In December of 2017 Pam opened her own practice!
