Holly began her professional career in her native state of Georgia. She began her career in management, where her ambitious work ethic, along with her ability to learn quickly and connect with people allowed her to advance in the fast paced environment. She found her way to Texas where she met her husband and has formed a well-rounded career in the greater Houston area, specifically Lake Conroe. Over the years Holly has added to her management background by excelling at job positions in the mortgage industry. Mastering the complex nature of the mortgage and housing markets, she used this knowledge to not only work in the mortgage industry but also to become a successful real estate appraiser. In 2010 Holly left the industry to become a stay-at-home mom to her two sons. However, she continued to keep a pulse on her local community, always serving and helping where needed. Needless to say, she has formed a loyal community network. Once her children began school, Holly resumed her career as a full-time Realtor. My name is Liz Franks and I partner here at Top Guns with my husband, Jason Franks. We have two sons, both graduates of Montgomery High School and currently attending Texas A&M University. I was raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. I hold a business degree from The University of Texas and a master's degree in Spanish from Texas A&M University. I taught Spanish for many years in Conroe ISD and Montgomery ISD. I enjoy riding horses, playing pickle ball, hiking in the Texas Hill Country, and collecting Mid-Century Modern furniture and art.
