I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984. In the past I have represented buyers, sellers or acted as an intermediary. Most of my more recent years sales have NOT been listed properties on MLS and were not homes. There is no transaction history on HAR. I represent buyers or sellers. With seller the property needs to be aggressively advertised for the most exposure. Rightly so. My emphasis on privately representing a buyer is to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. I work to maintain confidential relationships to find the property that meets your needs whether its on the market or not. In many cases I have found that by contacting property owners or building relationships in the area, sellers appreciate the Realtor bringing to their attention any interest someone has in their property even though its not advertised for sale. John Baker is a fourth generation Houstonian and fifth generation Texan. He attended The Kinkaid School and Northwest Academy prior to graduating from South Kent School in South Kent Connecticut. His collegiate pursuits included Post College in Waterbury, CT and the University of Houston Downtown where he studied Business Administration.

John's background is peppered with the farming and ranching business and owner of a trucking logistics firm in Pearsall, Texas. For 28 years he was involved as a health, safety and environmental quality executive for several Gulf Coast oil and gas firms where he learned first-hand the value of outstanding customer service and quality control.

He believes in the concept of "getting things right the first time," a lesson well-learned in his previous business endeavors and one that will characterize his approach to the real estate business. John believes that "clients should experience total satisfaction," and that is the secret to ensuring loyalty and a solid referral base. His commitment to excellence is paramount in his approach to all real estate transactions and his experience as a farm/ranch owner has reinforced the importance of meeting his customer's expectations.

Coming from a noted Houston family, John's parents taught him at an early age the importance of the 5 P's - - prior preparation prevents poor performance. They also emphasized the importance of sticking with a commitment until closure.

John's volunteer activities include: Lifelong member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texas Wildlife Association, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, South Texas Property Rights Association, and Baker Institute for Public Policy (Rice University).

When time allows, John enjoys hunting and fishing, farming and ranching, Texas history and genealogy. He is married and father to four boys.

A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. She attends Lone Star Cowboy Church and loves everything that Montgomery, Texas has to offer.

Pamela Westlake has been an integral part of the real estate community since 1992. Pamela started her real estate career at Century 21 Western in Katy, Texas. After learning the ins and outs of the industry, she moved to the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area in 2004 where she joined TopGuns Realty on Lake Conroe.
