A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. I have over 25 years of Real Estate and Financial background. I have over 15 years of Residential Development experience and have been a Real Estate Broker for at least that as well. As a Commercial Broker I specialize in Landlord / Tenant Representation Leasing in The Woodlands and North Houston area. I developed many relationships in all areas of commercial real estate, including several large development listings and have several relationships with nationally known franchises.

As a lifelong resident of the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood area, Donna considers it an honor and privilege to serve her community. She has knowledge of the new and resale home markets, new home construction, loan process, home inspections and leasing markets.

Donna's professional career began as an administrative assistant in her father's construction business. Her vast knowledge of commercial and residential construction, provides her clients with valuable information. She brings with her the management experience received from being a team leader for a Fortune 500 Management Consulting Firm in Downtown Houston. She led a team that produced extensive presentations for such industries as oil & gas, information technology and energy. She worked with many top executives in the management consulting field both nationally and internationally. Working as and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Relations at one of the leading computer manufacturing companies in the country, Donna gained valuable experience in multi-tasking, exceptional organizational skills and the ability listen to client needs and produce positive results. Donna later went on to own and operate a successful property management business.

Donna has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She attributes her skills and talents learned and practiced from her previous career to her success as a Texas Realtor.
