Courtney has earned a BA in Business and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, Courtney has earned a Masters in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University. Mrs. Rose completed her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2004 and earned her CCIM designation in commercial real estate in 2010. Courtney is an adjunct professor of real estate at Prairie View A&M University. In 2012, Courtney was honored as one of the HAR's Top 20 under 40 Realtors in Houston. She has also been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as on of their 40 under 40 Business Leaders in Houston. In 2007, Courtney Johnson Rose was selected by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the REALTOR� Magazine as one of their "30 under 30" for 2007. This award features top Realtors across the United States who have maintained the status of being on top in the real estate industry before hitting their prime. The daughter of an immigrant, a long standing member of the Houston Junior League and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a self proclaimed food & wine snob, an antiques enthusiast, a Memorial Park lover, and 10+ years of Houston residential real estate experience: Mariam is Houston embodied in a Realtor. Mariam is a third generation native Houstonian, consistently ranks in the top 10% of her office, has been named one of Houston Association of Realtors top 20 under 40, was voted Houston Chronicle's Best of Best Realtor 2021, and currently serves on HAR's HRIS board.
