I joined Peters Properties in 2010 as Real Estate Agent.





Prior to Peters Properties, I was Vice President/Regional Marketing Training Leader/Banking Center Manager at Bank of America N.A. During my 25 years at Bank of America, I acquired my Group I Insurance License, Series 6 and Series 63 Licenses and became a top producer in selling fixed and variable annuities. I helped the company meet loans, savings and investment goals.





I am a graduate of Marshall University where I majored in Marketing Education.


I currently live in Missouri City Texas with my husband, Ervin and my dogs, Eva and Yuki.


When I'm not busy assisting clients in selling and buying real estate, you can find me at River Point Church serving at RPC kids on most Sundays.

I am Dr. Hu, who came to the United States in 2004 to pursue my studies. I obtained my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and have been living in Houston for 20 years. The daughter of an immigrant, a long standing member of the Houston Junior League and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a self proclaimed food & wine snob, an antiques enthusiast, a Memorial Park lover, and 10+ years of Houston residential real estate experience: Mariam is Houston embodied in a Realtor. Mariam is a third generation native Houstonian, consistently ranks in the top 10% of her office, has been named one of Houston Association of Realtors top 20 under 40, was voted Houston Chronicle's Best of Best Realtor 2021, and currently serves on HAR's HRIS board.
