Michica N. Guillory is a Houston native with nearly 20 years in the real estate business, practicing in several areas of the industry. Currently, she is the broker and owner of The Guillory Group Real Estate Firm, Inc, which offers its clients both COMMERCIAL and residential services. Known casually as "Mish" among her peers, she is also the owner and lead instructor at The Guillory Group School of Real Estate, which focuses exclusively on COMMERCIAL real estate instruction for existing licensees, landlords and tenants. Her courses are taught throughout the state of Texas and have even been offered in Michigan, Ohio, Georgia and Maryland. She currently serves as the co-Chair of the 2020 Engage Conference Advisory Board at the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR), and also sites on the Commercial Committee and Member Services Committee at Texas REALTORS. Kimberly, a Florida native with roots in New Orleans, relocated to Sugar Land in 2013 with her three children. Her introduction to the real estate realm transpired during the negotiation phase of her Texas residence's contract, sparking an immediate passion. In 2014, she transitioned from her background in construction and human resources to embark on a career in home buying and selling, wielding her acquired skills as metaphorical instruments to facilitate successful sales. She accepted the role as manager of the City of Houston's first-time home buyer program through the Housing & Community Development Department in 2014 and quickly realized getting her Texas Real Estate license would give her the insight needed to understand the Houston Real Estate market and make that program successful. That accomplishment led to her honing her skills as an agent, creating an extensive network of real estate professionals and world-class marketing strategies, ultimately leading to the realization of assisting 250+ families in purchasing their first homes.

She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University. She is also an avid reader and loves baking and traveling.

Katress is a native Houstonian so she is familiar with the city and its many surrounding communities. She is also a Navy Veteran, and currently staff for Nurses in the healthcare industry in Human Resources. In the past, she has assisted many Nurses land the job of their dreams and she will do the same for you in finding your dream home. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources.








In her free time Katress spends time with her two sons who are her world. They love to travel and partake in new experiences and spend time with friends and family. She plans to teach her sons the Real Estate industry which will lead to generational wealth and knowledge.
