My company, NeighborHOOD & Commercial REO Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Houston, Texas, has 16 years of experience providing REO broker listing and project property management services to leaders in the industry. We also cover expenses for repairs, utilities, and maintenance until the property is sold, and keep clients updated on current legislation, city ordinances, and code violations. We work closely with clients to align real estate strategy with overall business objectives, leveraging our wide-ranging transactional experience to identify opportunities and manage risks. We are HUD certified and hold accreditation from A-REO, Equator, RESNET, NAREB, and CDPE, as well as REO and Short Sale Certification. In addition to our professional pursuits, we are also active in our community, serving as leaders in the PTO and Boy Scouts of America.

Prior to her successful real estate career, Sylvia devoted five years to the field of education, working alongside teachers and assisting young children at Montessori Unlimited in Copperfield.
