Phil owned a custom home building company for 7 years, so it's no surprise that he's a new home specialist. He built beautiful homes that were known for quality, functional layouts, style, innovative building techniques, and energy efficiency. Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.


Conscientious and level-headed, Phil pairs his construction knowledge with attention to detail to make sure his clients are getting the best value possible. He says, "I love new homes and staying on top of the trends, and I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge with new home buyers."


When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.

My name is Brittney Branch-Chargois. I was born and raised in the Crosby, TX area. So, I am extremely familiar with East Harris County area. I am a graduate of University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and Texas Woman's University with a Masters of Business Administration. I have a background in education, recruiting,and legal assistant. I have a passion for serving others. I am also the mother of 3 beautiful children, and wife to a wonderful husband.

Wendy Sherman brings a unique set of skills to RE/MAX Legacy Living. Starting her career in real estate investment, she learned skills many Realtors® are not aware of. Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year. Wendy's training has given her expertise to make her an effective communicator, easily inspiring those around her to follow and comply thus making her an excellent negotiator while maintaining relations with all parties.

Her technical knowledge and experience allow her to quickly access situations and produce solutions. Wendy is passionately detail orientated, researching all possible information to compile a broad view of the challenge ahead, examining the variables to prepare the most effective strategy. Wendy is also an effective teacher, serving as President of the Fort Bend Women's Council of Realtors. She is able to break down even the most technical subjects, and conveying them in the language of her audience.
