My Name Is Roy A. Sawyer. I'm a Texan and long time resident of the Rio Grande Valley! I graduated from Southwest Texas State University which is now Texas State University - San Marcos. I am the manager and a REALTOR at Century 21 Muniz Realty. I am also a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS (GMAR). I have a background in Wildlife Biology and a passion for Texas Wildlife Conservation. Texas is Beautiful and I Sell It.

I was born in Fort Worth, Texas, raised in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). I enjoy both city and country life. I am married and we have a blended family. I have 3 adult children, 2 grand-dogs, 4 step adult children and a team of grandchildren. I feel that everyone deserves a place that they can call home, so my job is to assist people every day with that amazing step! To me real estate is so much more than just buying and selling a house. It's about making a difference in people's lives and building relationships.
