Kathryn "Katie" was born and raised in Houston, Texas and loves the city and its surrounding communities. She has a great passion and love for the great state of Texas. She is high energy, organized and brings excitement to assisting each and every client through the home buying and selling process.
Katie is a proud graduate of Texas State University and has ten years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry as a purchasing and contracts manager that directly helps her navigate through the real estate market.
Katie is married and the mother of three children. She enjoys running, hunting, the beach, the outdoors, watching her kiddos play sports, and any time she can get with her friends and family. She is an ambassador for Texas Children's Hospital, serves as the Vice President for the Magnolia Education Foundation, is a PTO board member at her children's school and volunteers for many other foundations and activities within the community.

As a lifetime Montgomery County Texas resident, I can share knowledge of the area and insights to help you make a well informed investment decision. I grew up in the Conroe area and have been involved in many different organizations throughout the years. I graduated from Conroe High School and received an athletic scholarship to Northwestern State University of Louisiana. After receiving a Bachelors of Science in Advertising/Marketing, I played professional football with the New Orleans Saints and the Kansas City Chiefs and then returned to live and work in my hometown. After years in the Automotive and Printing industries I took a sales job in the prominent Houston Oil Industry with Superior Energy Services. After a recent downturn in the oil industry, I was able to attend Champions School of Real Estate and acquire my Texas Real Estate License. Having spent a significant period of time as a successful detail-oriented executive assistant, I made the transition to licensed Realtor in 2005 in Lansing, Michigan where I served both buyers and sellers, acted as property management for several multi-unit apartment complexes and privately owned properties, and assisted the broker/builder in the various tasks associated with bringing "new builds' to market. After relocating to Texas, I remained on the periphery of the industry as an unlicensed assistant in the field while also working in the educational system as I focused with my husband on raising a family. With our children grown, I am getting back into the game and am now able to devote myself fully to the needs and desires of my clients.
