Born and raised just outside Chicago Illinois, Jordan's story led him to the expansive landscapes of Texas. At the age of 16, his family made the pivotal decision to call Magnolia Texas, home.

Jordan's early years were marked by the exhilaration of playing college football, where he honed skills in teamwork, determination, and discipline. Transitioning from the football field, he turned his focus to a new field of expertise - real estate.

Being a seasoned realtor with over eight years of real estate experience, Jordan has successfully closed over 200 transactions. Growing up in a military family, Arch moved homes every few years and understands the stresses and complexities of finding a new home and transitioning into a new community. In the late 1990s, Arch settled in The Woodlands, TX, and has since called it home. Over the last two decades, he has experienced the remarkable transformation of the Township, including the development of The Woodlands Waterway, large corporations moving into the area, the accompanying increase in jobs, and real estate development. Arch earned a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15 years of experience in Investments, Finance, Marketing and Business Development within the Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas industries. This knowledge, coupled with living in The Woodlands area for more than 20 years, provides him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings. In his free time Arch serves on the Board of Directors for Henry's Home Horse & Human Sanctuary, a non-profit organization located in Conroe, TX supporting Veterans and first responders.

After graduation at Florida State University Brian launched his real estate career by investing in the Florida housing market, successfully flipping houses. Brian began his career as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in Florida where he specialized in Residential Real Estate. In 2012 Brian made the transition from the Florida Real Estate Market by moving to The Woodlands, Texas and expanding his Real Estate Business. In 2013 Brian launched his real estate team, which became one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams at his brokerage.

Brian is a family man devoted to his wife Holly, daughter Averie and two dogs Cooper and Hudson. Brian and his family love to travel and take every opportunity to visit new and exciting places. She spent almost 19 years onsite with new home builders in the Houston and Dallas areas, and with her husband, owns a custom building company that focuses on operations in the Montgomery County area of Texas.
