I was born and raised in the Houston area. After a lengthy home search in various communities around Houston, myself, my husband and two kids landed in the Magnolia area in 2008. Our goal in our home search was to find a forever home for our family to grow with, and create wonderful lifetime memories. Magnolia was the perfect landing place for us, and we have thoroughly enjoy living in the Magnolia area.

My former position as a client service director for one of the nation’s top veterinary specialty practices gave me years of experience in assisting people in emotionally stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture than a critically ill pet, it still can come with stress.

To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in negotiating, understanding and explaining contracts, and remaining calm under pressure. My motivation for a career change to the field of real estate evolved from my passion for the housing market and helping people achieve their personal goals. It was time for a switch from helping clients through unexpected and unwanted life changing problems, to helping make dreams come true.

Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007.
