She joined the Real Estate profession as her two children approached their middle school years and has successfully assisted clients in buying and selling homes for the past eight years. Having resided in Magnolia for the past 30 years, she has witnessed vast changes of the small town and currently serves on the City of Magnolia Planning and Zoning Commission. Greg Holcombe is a licensed professional realtor whose goal is to provide customer service that is worthy of your trust. His expertise include buying or selling homes, farms, ranches, commercial properties, as well as representing developers, investors and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions across Texas.

He is a knowledgeable, personable, efficient and economically responsible agent with solutions to each client's real estate needs. He will create an action plan to fit each client's current situation, needs and goals. Greg has nearly 30 years experience in a combination of homebuilding and real estate transactions, which include custom building, residential sales, project analysis, foreclosures/rehab projects, historic renovation, ranch/agriculture, site selection, design and development, leasing/property management and construction.

His sales experience consists of family homes, 3000 acre operating ranches, urban horse farms, estates, free-standing retail, new construction custom family homes, small shopping centers, office buildings, a variety of commercial/industrial properties, waterfront homes, and multi-family housing.

Greg is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. Knowing that economic development is important to our growing community, Greg holds a position on the advisory board and is also a founder of the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce. He also holds the county judge appointed position of President for the Emergency Service District Montgomery County #3 Board.

Along with the committees he serves on, he also devotes time volunteering for several 501c3 organizations. The first being Texans United For Freedom (TUFF), which benefits veterans and their families. Greg serves as President and one of the original founding members. The second volunteer organization is the Montgomery County Fair Association which is a scholarship program for students with or without fair projects. After continuous years of volunteer service the fair association has awarded him with the status of being a Lifetime Member.

I began my real estate journey over 20 years ago in real estate education, counseling, marketing and sales, managing one of the largest real estate schools in Texas. My passion is educating and helping my clients make the right financial decision. A few years ago, I decided to step away from educating agents and devote my time and knowledge to help my clients with their real estate needs.
