Having spent a significant period of time as a successful detail-oriented executive assistant, I made the transition to licensed Realtor in 2005 in Lansing, Michigan where I served both buyers and sellers, acted as property management for several multi-unit apartment complexes and privately owned properties, and assisted the broker/builder in the various tasks associated with bringing "new builds' to market. After relocating to Texas, I remained on the periphery of the industry as an unlicensed assistant in the field while also working in the educational system as I focused with my husband on raising a family. With our children grown, I am getting back into the game and am now able to devote myself fully to the needs and desires of my clients. I bring my considerable experience and attention to detail to bear on the task of ensuring my clients receive the quality, luxury experience they deserve in the pursuit of their real estate dreams.
Katie Lee is a Texas girl through and through. Born and raised in West Texas before moving to The Woodlands in 2008, she truly loves this state and all it has to offer. She attended Texas A&M University where she was involved as an executive member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and graduated with a degree in Finance. Her senior year in College Station she met her husband, Dylan, and they are now proud homeowners in Magnolia with their 3 fur babies. Along with being a full time real estate agent Katie is also the Marketing Director for Home Sweet Home Real Estate Group and puts that expertise to work for her clients. Her passion for helping others truly translates into the service all of her clients receive. She has even been described as a bulldog when it comes to fighting and negotiating for her clients. A Little About Me-
My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!
In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.
