Holley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Houston. Before joining State28 Real Estate, she also has a back ground in construction, remodeling, kitchen design layouts and handyman services. Prior to that she was an account manager for a lighting manufacturer and is highly experienced in business development, product presentation and design, event hosting and marketing. She demonstrates these skills to her real estate clients to accommodate their individual buying/selling needs, preferences along with finding them the best solution to get their results faster. She is also fluent in Vietnamese.

Real estate has always been a great passion for me, so after a 20 year career in healthcare administration, I decided to dedicate my career to doing what I love by becoming a real estate agent. I especially enjoy focusing on residential real estate investments. My experience includes over 8 years in residential investments as well as property management. After graduation at Florida State University Brian launched his real estate career by investing in the Florida housing market, successfully flipping houses. Brian began his career as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in Florida where he specialized in Residential Real Estate. In 2012 Brian made the transition from the Florida Real Estate Market by moving to The Woodlands, Texas and expanding his Real Estate Business. In 2013 Brian launched his real estate team, which became one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams at his brokerage.

Brian is a family man devoted to his wife Holly, daughter Averie and two dogs Cooper and Hudson. Brian and his family love to travel and take every opportunity to visit new and exciting places.
