Entering his fifteenth year in real estate sales, Mark specializes in residential real estate along with farm/ranch properties for NextHome Core Realty in Lubbock, Texas. I am a native of the Louisville, KY Metroplex, & have called Lubbock & West Texas my home for over 30 years. I have a well-fortified sales background in media & marketing, with combining ad valorem tax appraisal experience; the two have increased my knowledge of real estate to give you the resources to make an informed decision as a buyer & seller. I have been in real estate since 2004 and have served in several different capacities. I started out as a real estate assistant and worked for two really incredible teams. Then served on the Executive Leadership Team at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock, Texas for the last several years, most recently as the Director of Technology. What I have been focusing on is helping our agents learn, engage and adopt the technology that Keller Williams is bringing to our agents. I have so loved it!!! And I have enjoyed my entire journey in real estate and with Keller Williams so far!!! I am so excited to announce that I am going full time into sales here in Lubbock, Texas.
