Sheryl is a member of the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS® who, prior to becoming a REALTOR®, worked for a national technology company presenting public sector software to potential clients across the country. That experience has been invaluable in helping clients navigate efficiently through the sometimes complex environment of real estate. To further assist her clients, she has also earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, and is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP-RE®). With patience, empathy, and focused listening, Sheryl is able to quickly discern what clients are looking for and hone in on their needs. She works with clients on the buying and selling of their homes, income properties, and real estate investments. As an owner of farmland and someone who understands the value of a family legacy, she also brings a unique perspective to those interested in farm and ranch properties. Sheryl is the Treasurer of her homeowners' association and Program Director for the local association of staging professionals. She and her husband, Glen, also own Realegacy Partners, LLC, a local financial consulting firm. They enjoy spending time with family, volunteering at the Lubbock Dream Center and their local church, and making annual mission trips to Central America. Sheryl is also a proud member of the Veterans Advocacy & Benefits Association.

I have been in real estate since 2004 and have served in several different capacities. I started out as a real estate assistant and worked for two really incredible teams. Then served on the Executive Leadership Team at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock, Texas for the last several years, most recently as the Director of Technology. What I have been focusing on is helping our agents learn, engage and adopt the technology that Keller Williams is bringing to our agents. I have so loved it!!! And I have enjoyed my entire journey in real estate and with Keller Williams so far!!! I am so excited to announce that I am going full time into sales here in Lubbock, Texas. I am so thankful for all the support and encouragement that I've already received and excited to be starting a new chapter. Jennifer is a Lubbock native and graduate of Frenship High School. She is a new agent in Lubbock and ready to get started. She is very familiar with West Texas and has served the community in many ways. She is not afraid to advocate for her clients needs and wants. Before becoming a Real Estate Sales Agent, Jennifer worked for a local fire & water restoration company for 15 years and worked directly with home owners, insurance agents, adjusters and contractors. Jennifer has also spent much of her time volunteering and raising money for various local charitable organizations including B.U.D.s. (Better Understanding of Down syndrome) and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock. She is a member of the Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS and also served on the board. She was the first associate member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Lubbock to be named President, and served on the board for many years. Jennifer and her husband John together have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. They spend their free time with friends and family.
