When the company Tracy worked for went private and cashed out all of his stock options. He was trying to decide between buying a motorcycle and investing in a rent house. Luckily, he found an inexpensive motorcycle AND a well-priced, fixer-upper rent house. A few years later, he sold the motorcycle but continued investing in real estate.

With over 22 years in residential real estate as a landlord and REALTOR®, Tracy loves helping people find their first or forever home, or any home in between. And because of his experience as a landlord, he strives to help other people take the plunge into the rewarding world of residential real estate investing. He calls himself a part-time landlord and has helped dozens of other people become part-time landlords, too.

I bought my first duplex in 2001, said Tracy. The only thing I wish I'd done differently would be to have purchased my first rental property sooner.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, he spent 30 years in Information Technology working in the law enforcement, medical, and agricultural sectors. He led and managed highly complex and security-focused projects. Because of this, he brings a unique perspective to project management and security to your real estate transactions.

A native Texan, Tracy moved to Lubbock in 1986 to attend Texas Tech University. He fell in love with the city and made Lubbock his home. He participates in several non-profit and civic organizations and enjoys spending time with his children who have grown up and made Lubbock their home, too.

With over 40 years of dedicated experience in real estate sales in Lubbock, Texas, I specialize in facilitating seamless residential transactions within the vibrant Lubbock real estate market. In March 2007, I founded MoVaDe Realty. As a Broker/Owner, I have had the privilege of offering tailored, one-on-one real estate services to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Lubbock area. My goal is to ensure that the sale or purchase of real estate is a stress-free process for my clients. Being bilingual, I can effectively assist clients who speak both English and Spanish, enhancing accessibility and understanding throughout the transaction process. Over the years, I have collaborated closely with approximately 1700 REALTORS® within the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, as well as lenders and title companies, fostering strong and mutually beneficial partnerships. My extensive experience and commitment to excellence have earned me recognition in the industry, enabling me to provide superior services to my valued clients and customers. I hold various real estate designations including GRI, ABR, ASP®, CRB, CRS, and e-Pro, along with certifications in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. Additionally, I am a proud graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, further enriching my knowledge and skills to better serve my clientele.
