I have been in real estate since 2004 and have served in several different capacities. I started out as a real estate assistant and worked for two really incredible teams. Then served on the Executive Leadership Team at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock, Texas for the last several years, most recently as the Director of Technology. What I have been focusing on is helping our agents learn, engage and adopt the technology that Keller Williams is bringing to our agents. I have so loved it!!! And I have enjoyed my entire journey in real estate and with Keller Williams so far!!! I am so excited to announce that I am going full time into sales here in Lubbock, Texas. I am so thankful for all the support and encouragement that I've already received and excited to be starting a new chapter. When the company Tracy worked for went private and cashed out all of his stock options. He was trying to decide between buying a motorcycle and investing in a rent house. Luckily, he found an inexpensive motorcycle AND a well-priced, fixer-upper rent house. A few years later, he sold the motorcycle but continued investing in real estate.

With over 22 years in residential real estate as a landlord and REALTOR®, Tracy loves helping people find their first or forever home, or any home in between. And because of his experience as a landlord, he strives to help other people take the plunge into the rewarding world of residential real estate investing. He calls himself a part-time landlord and has helped dozens of other people become part-time landlords, too.

I bought my first duplex in 2001, said Tracy. The only thing I wish I'd done differently would be to have purchased my first rental property sooner.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, he spent 30 years in Information Technology working in the law enforcement, medical, and agricultural sectors. He led and managed highly complex and security-focused projects. Because of this, he brings a unique perspective to project management and security to your real estate transactions.

A native Texan, Tracy moved to Lubbock in 1986 to attend Texas Tech University. He fell in love with the city and made Lubbock his home. He participates in several non-profit and civic organizations and enjoys spending time with his children who have grown up and made Lubbock their home, too.
