In March 2007, I founded MoVaDe Realty. As a Broker/Owner, I have had the privilege of offering tailored, one-on-one real estate services to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Lubbock area. My goal is to ensure that the sale or purchase of real estate is a stress-free process for my clients. Being bilingual, I can effectively assist clients who speak both English and Spanish, enhancing accessibility and understanding throughout the transaction process. Over the years, I have collaborated closely with approximately 1700 REALTORS® within the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, as well as lenders and title companies, fostering strong and mutually beneficial partnerships. My extensive experience and commitment to excellence have earned me recognition in the industry, enabling me to provide superior services to my valued clients and customers. I hold various real estate designations including GRI, ABR, ASP®, CRB, CRS, and e-Pro, along with certifications in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. Additionally, I am a proud graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, further enriching my knowledge and skills to better serve my clientele. Furthermore, I have earned the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors, highlighting my dedication to professionalism and exceptional service.
I have been in real estate since 2004 and have served in several different capacities. I started out as a real estate assistant and worked for two really incredible teams. Then served on the Executive Leadership Team at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock, Texas for the last several years, most recently as the Director of Technology. What I have been focusing on is helping our agents learn, engage and adopt the technology that Keller Williams is bringing to our agents. I have so loved it!!! And I have enjoyed my entire journey in real estate and with Keller Williams so far!!! I am so excited to announce that I am going full time into sales here in Lubbock, Texas. I am so thankful for all the support and encouragement that I've already received and excited to be starting a new chapter.
