I was born and raised in a sweet town right outside of San Antonio called Boerne. I moved up to Lubbock to go to Texas Tech. As a student and collegiate athlete I have learned excellent time management skills and hard work. I am dedicated to helping people. I am a Lubbock native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from Lubbock High School and later graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Communications. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Lubbock. When the company Tracy worked for went private and cashed out all of his stock options. He was trying to decide between buying a motorcycle and investing in a rent house. Luckily, he found an inexpensive motorcycle AND a well-priced, fixer-upper rent house. A few years later, he sold the motorcycle but continued investing in real estate.

With over 22 years in residential real estate as a landlord and REALTOR®, Tracy loves helping people find their first or forever home, or any home in between. And because of his experience as a landlord, he strives to help other people take the plunge into the rewarding world of residential real estate investing. He calls himself a part-time landlord and has helped dozens of other people become part-time landlords, too.

I bought my first duplex in 2001, said Tracy. The only thing I wish I'd done differently would be to have purchased my first rental property sooner.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, he spent 30 years in Information Technology working in the law enforcement, medical, and agricultural sectors. He led and managed highly complex and security-focused projects. Because of this, he brings a unique perspective to project management and security to your real estate transactions.

A native Texan, Tracy moved to Lubbock in 1986 to attend Texas Tech University. He fell in love with the city and made Lubbock his home. He participates in several non-profit and civic organizations and enjoys spending time with his children who have grown up and made Lubbock their home, too.
