With over 40 years of dedicated experience in real estate sales in Lubbock, Texas, I specialize in facilitating seamless residential transactions within the vibrant Lubbock real estate market. In March 2007, I founded MoVaDe Realty. As a Broker/Owner, I have had the privilege of offering tailored, one-on-one real estate services to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Lubbock area. My goal is to ensure that the sale or purchase of real estate is a stress-free process for my clients. Being bilingual, I can effectively assist clients who speak both English and Spanish, enhancing accessibility and understanding throughout the transaction process. Over the years, I have collaborated closely with approximately 1700 REALTORS® within the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, as well as lenders and title companies, fostering strong and mutually beneficial partnerships. She has been a resident of Montgomery County for almost 20 years. Her passion for real estate began with her first home purchase at 19 years old.

She has a professional background in accounting, coordinating, and management. She is a member of the Houston, National, and Texas Association of Realtors. She takes pride in the fact that she is a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills!

Sheryl is a member of the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS® who, prior to becoming a REALTOR®, worked for a national technology company presenting public sector software to potential clients across the country. That experience has been invaluable in helping clients navigate efficiently through the sometimes complex environment of real estate. To further assist her clients, she has also earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, and is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP-RE®). With patience, empathy, and focused listening, Sheryl is able to quickly discern what clients are looking for and hone in on their needs. She works with clients on the buying and selling of their homes, income properties, and real estate investments. As an owner of farmland and someone who understands the value of a family legacy, she also brings a unique perspective to those interested in farm and ranch properties. Sheryl is the Treasurer of her homeowners' association and Program Director for the local association of staging professionals. She and her husband, Glen, also own Realegacy Partners, LLC, a local financial consulting firm. They enjoy spending time with family, volunteering at the Lubbock Dream Center and their local church, and making annual mission trips to Central America. Sheryl is also a proud member of the Veterans Advocacy & Benefits Association.
