Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Texas. As a former District Engineer for TxDOT, with close to 30 years of experience, he has supervised and participated in the construction of infrastructure across the State of Texas.
