I've been a League City/Clear Lake resident for nearly 40 years. I'm a proud father of three daughters. I graduated from Clear Lake High School, attended Texas A&M University and was an active member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. I went on to attend the University of Houston where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in business.

In 2002 I began consulting area developers in land planning, development, and community needs. This led to an interest in home construction and going to work for a Dallas based semi-custom home builder who wanted to grow their business in Houston and the surrounding suburbs. As a result of the housing downturn and Hurricane Ike in 2008, I left new home construction and began rebuilding damaged homes from Houston to Galveston. In 2011 I decided to become a licensed Realtor®. Since getting my license I've been featured in Texan Monthly magazine, the Houston Chronicle, and the Bay Area Magazine for my real estate expertise. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2015. Over the years I've received many professional awards in Real Estate and recognized state-wide for accomplishments in selling homes, land, and businesses. In addition to my real estate career, I'm an active member of the community. Served for 9 years on the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, 6 years on the Clear Creek Education Foundation BOD and Chairman of the Board, and in 2021 was elected to serve on the Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees, which I'm current the Vice-President of the Board.

Hank Dugie, Mr. League City: The oldest of eight siblings, Hank learned at a young age the importance of family and responsibility. He was called on to guide and coach his brothers and sisters through key life moments – first bike rides, swimming lessons, (SPOILER ALERT) discovering the tooth fairy and Easter bunny are not real, dating, college choices, and work conflicts. Born and raised in League City, Hank knows the area as well as anyone. He experienced first-hand the high quality of instruction within Clear Creek Independent School District attending Ferguson Elementary, League City Intermediate, and Clear Creek High School. He was a multi-sport athlete, a member of PALs, and a leader in various other clubs for which he was recognized with countless awards, including a full-scholarship to the University of Texas at Austin. While in college, Hank was a dual-student of Economics and Management in the College of Liberal Arts and the prestigious McCombs School of Business. He served as a board member for ten different student organizations and as the Student Body President for the liberal arts. His proudest achievement was in founding a mentoring program at a local elementary school that now provides more than 60 college-age mentors to low-income youth. Hank’s mission in life is to positively impact others. He enjoys assisting people, especially through key life moments such as buying and selling a home or commercial property. He has spent more than 20 years in his hometown and has practiced real estate since his years in Austin. When he is not working, Hank is an active community member. He participates in and leads recreational events for community members and attends Bay Harbor United Methodist Church where he volunteers as a work-team facilitator on a mission trip each summer.
