Rachel is a Real Estate Agent in Texas and is honored to be a sales associate with Houston Realty Team. She is passionate about real estate and aligns herself with Houston Realty Team's philosophy of Helping Dreams Come True. Rachel enjoys helping people and it is paramount that she retains a high standard of ethics in all she does. Originally from New Mexico, Rachel moved to League City, TX with her husband, Jesse who works in the Space Industry, and where she was a teacher for the Clear Creek Independent School District. Rachel currently serves as the Director for the Gulf Coast Cinderella Scholarship Organization which is a youth development program for young girls and women. This experience, coupled with her B.A. in English has provided her with a diverse skill set that she uses daily in real estate from: negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and marketing the team's listings to name a few. Rachel understands the value of active and timely communication in real estate transactions and is accessible by phone, text, email, or video chat. She is committed to guiding her clients through the journey of fulfilling their real estate goals.

One of the most compelling reasons for my wanting to be a Realtor, I must confess, is the opportunity to get to know so many new people. I honestly feel like my clients become a part of my family. I love it when one of my Buyers/Sellers updates me with what new events are going on with them, maybe a new addition to their home (a baby or even a puppy!). Providing my clients with personalized customer service is paramount to me. I am immensely dedicated to my clients and focused on their particular needs. As a Houston native, and a passionate professional, Jacki Fries was born and raised in Clear Lake and currently lives in Seabrook, Texas. After graduating from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Jacki pursued and excelled in a career in the field of education. All along knowing Real Estate was her true passion, Jacki decided to take the leap and become a licensed Real Estate Agent. The success she earned while working in education is contributed to her patience, work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to each student that crossed her path. Jacki will bring these attributes into her Real Estate business and wants to provide each client with their own, personalized Real Estate experience. When not working for her clients, Jacki enjoys being with her family, including her husband, two sons and 2 dogs. Watching her boys play baseball and football are one of her favorite activities. She enjoys staying active, eating good food and watching the Houston Astros!

I graduated from University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my studies, I represented Romania at the prestigious Miss Universe Pageant in 1995. I combined my technical skills and my captivation for esthetics and luxury into the Real Estate business. My previous experience includes working in the field of construction, transport, real estate, and tourism. No matter the role I play, either the owner, the manager or the sales coordinator, I always put a high emphasis on quality, attention and commitment to all my clients, providing the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

In 2010 I visited Houston, Tx for the first time and the sight of Downtown Houston took my breath away. There was something about this city that stayed with me for the following months while I was back in Puerto Rico. I knew this was the place we wanted to raise our family and by March 2011, we were planting our roots in League City. In 2013 I walked into Champions School of real estate and got my license. In my first few months, I was blessed to work with a great broker who took me under his wing and taught me the basics o real estate and foreclosures. I made the move to Keller Williams Realty in October 2013, where I've learned to build a great business centered around our community and founded on Integrity and Communication. Since 2016, my wife and I have teamed up and started building our team, One Sixteen Group, with a culture of growth, giving, and family. Our main goal is to helo our clients 'Build Wealth through Real Estate'. Our team offers full-service real estate focused on Communication, Integrity, and Technology.
