Prior to real estate Amy worked for a local company as a customer service specialist, so she knows what it takes to make a client happy. Amy loves to be a part of the real estate world and knows that it takes to succeed. Amy is from Pearland and currently resides in the Friendswood area. Since she is from the local area she feels that is a great asset to her real estate career. She became interested in real estate when she listed her home for sale working closing alongside her realtor made her realize she would love to do that for others. She obtained her real estate license in 2006 and still loves helping families move forward daily!

She has owned and successfully operated 8 franchised businesses in TX and out of state. Melinda lives in League City with her husband and 2 children, who go to Ross Elementary. She enjoys working out, hiking, antiquing and playing on the beach with her rescue dog, Ella, Sasha and her kiddos. Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her community! After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999, Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family. After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized attention to every client she meets. While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and family, and traveling!
