My name is Misha Pavlovsky. I have lived in Brazoria County most of my life, moved to Huntsville where I graduated from Sam Houston State University. I then moved to the Pearland area until I married my high school sweetheart in 2019 which brought me back to Sweeny. We have three beautiful Labrador retrievers that are like our children, they keep us busy.
I received my real estate license from Champion School of Real Estate in 2020 and joined the American Realty family. My hobbies include traveling, anything crafty, and spending time with my family. I would love to help you buy or sell your home.

Dena has lived in Southern Brazoria County her entire life. She is retired from Dow Chemical where she worked as Sr. Supply Chain Analyst. Dena is very knowledgeable of Brazoria County and everything it has to offer. Dena has personal experience as an investor with fixer-up properties. She purchased and renovated eight older houses and sold to new home owners. Dena can see the potential an older home has to offer as well as experience in new construction.

Being a Brazoria County resident for over 60 years and 4th generation since 1891. I know and love my community and the people in it. I was raised in Jones Creek and in my heart will always be a "creeker". I have lived in Lake Jackson for 35 years, where I raised my 3 daughters, and enjoy my 7 grandchildren visiting, pulling kitchen chairs up to the counter to cook with "Nena". My passion does not only stop with finding homes for people but, for finding homes for Dogs, and Cats through my "PET OF THE WEEK" at the SPCA, where I am a Board Member.
