Kitten specializes in investors, investment properties, distressed/short sale transactions, coastal communities and Multifamily. She holds several Realtor Designations ABR, ALHS, BPOR, GRI, SFR and received her GRI designation in her 1st year of licensing. Kitten has received numerous sales awards including Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Top Listing Agent and Top Producer for over 15 years in a row. Kitten is the 3rd generation in a Property Management Family with over 30 years experience in property management starting at the bottom at 19 years old as a leasing agent. Now Kitten oversees a staff of 12 property management professionals that currently manage over 1200 units spanning over 5 counties. Kitten Leopold was a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in Galveston County for 11 years giving her invaluable knowledge of the windstorm & flood insurance policies in Galveston County & all Texas Gulf Coast Tier 1 Coastal Communities. Her drive, determination and her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done has given her the nickname of Kitten "CAN"!
