Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, I moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in 1993. After living in the Energy Province for many years, I now call the Houston area home. My languages include English, Bulgarian, and Russian and after completing my military service, I was formally trained in hospitality.
While leading successful ventures as a restauranteur in Calgary, I have remained passionate about real estate since my earliest years growing up in Europe. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and found my true calling as a Realtor®. I believe my hospitality training, coupled with my multi-national, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual expertise uniquely positions me to exceed the needs of my clients in one of the most diverse cities in the world. Having been trained as an Architect my career evolved into Interior Design. I combined both and took the next logical step, buying and selling Real Estate. I enrich the Real Estate transaction with interior design advice, functionality of the home, best use of space and overall aesthetics. I am specialized in customer satisfaction and personal attention to detail.

As a genuine Texas bayou boy, born and raised, my life has been a mix of rural country, urban concrete, and sprawling suburban. Like the always-growing Greater Houston area, I learned to navigate all three early on. Mine and my wife's roots have been planted in this area for generations and this is where we have chosen to raise our four children. We hope they will continue the tradition because there is no place greater than Texas. My deep understanding and knowledge of the area, as well as my own personal experiences from living here, have given me the passion to help others find their perfect home in the Greater Houston area. It was here that I gained an extensive professional background in Sales and Management before launching into the real estate world. Since 20, I have been a leading Greater Houston Area Realtor who has closed hundreds of transactions. In 2018, my partners and I launched Greater Houston Real Estate Partners (GH-REP), because we believed that a real estate company should be a place where every customer is supported by a team of agents who fluidly work together to ensure the best outcome for the client. GHREP is a customer-centered company that is known within the industry for its innovation and forward-thinking.
