Dawn builds strong relationships with her clients. She enjoys getting to know her clients, learn their real estate goals, and become familiar with what is most important in their lives. “I know that when my clients are comfortable with me and have confidence in my ability to represent them, they will recommend me to their family and friends. A strong referral network is so important to my business and I am fortunate to receive so many word-of-mouth endorsements.”

Determined and dedicated to her clients and to her profession, Dawn thrives on meeting new people and the ever-changing nature of the home market. “I make it a point to stay up-to-date on market trends and key neighborhood statistics, and I pass that information on to my clients so they can make informed decisions.”

Dawn was born in Dover, New Jersey, but grew up in Houston. She graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School and earned a BBA in management from the University of Houston. She makes time to volunteer with her children’s schools and supports several organizations that aid military veterans. Whenever she can, Dawn enjoys photography, running and biking.
