Native Houstonian Deborah McGuire has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's in education from the University of Houston. Deborah previously worked as an early childhood educator in Fort Bend Independent School District and at the School for Little Children in Bellaire, and as the children's director at River Point Church in Missouri City. She applies the counseling and people skills she learned in education to her real estate business. "Real estate is a lot like teaching because you're constantly counseling and encouraging all different personalities. I love that there's a beginning and an end. Every transaction is a new adventure." Deborah specializes in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, Meyerland and the surrounding areas. Sherry is a Minnesota native who graduated with an undergraduate degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota. She relocated to Katy Texas with her husband and two children in 2009. For 10 years, I served on the board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. As president-elect of the Houston chapter, we had the opportunity to host the annual statewide conference and I was the Chair for the event! The event was such a success that we earned the opportunity to host the national conference for all the chapter presidents the following year! I believe we had such a great event because we listened to the ideas from each chapter around the state about what would and would not workand then we made it happen! Hi, my name is Katherine (Katie) Rodriguez. Although fairly new to working full time in the Real Estate industry, I am an enthusiastic young real estate agent for C.R. Realty. I have lived in Houston most of my life. The past 7 years I have been living in The Heights and absolutely love it. The endless options on restaurants, athletic establishments, dog parks, and small business shops are just a few of my favorite things. I went to college at Texas State University and, in 2011, received my Bachelor Degree in Early Education. I taught in public school for 8 years with two different grades. One of the benefits of being a teacher is having summers off. In 2015, I made the decision to get my Real Estate license so I could sell my husbands custom-built homes and to help people with any of their Real Estate needs.
