My name is Steven Matzen and I honorably served my country for over 20 years in the US Army from 1989-2009. Now in my 5th year as a Realtor, I am serving my clients needs where ever I am needed. I received my education at Champions School of Real Estate completing over 348 hours of training. I am a wife and mother of two rambunctious toddlers that run our life and I wouldn't have it any other way! We love spending time together camping and exploring any new place we can. Spending time and adventuring with my kids, allows me to feel like a kid again. My husband and I have owned several homes in our short time together and each one was an investment in our future, helping us to slowly climb up the ladder of our life. I come from a "Tradition of Success"

In my first 8 years of Real Estate, I was Top Producer listing and selling homes. The next 21 years I managed a successful Coldwell Banker United, Realtors office in Katy, Texas. As of December 31, 2016, I retired and am now a real estate assistant to Gretchen Barrilleaux, my daughter. Our philosophy is a simple one: to be here to go the extra mile for our buyers and seller.
