I take that trust very personally and serve my clients with knowledge, honesty, and integrity. I always say I would never sell a home I would not purchase myself and that holds true today.

My family has joined me in this effort and have formed a team of Girgenti Legacy Realty Group. Daughter, Erin Kugler, has been a rock star agent since 2013 having the advantage of shadowing me since the early age of 8. Steve has a 28+ year career at Hewlett-Packard behind him that has been preparing him to hone his expertise in negotiationing and leading a large team worldwide.
Relocation has been a passion of mine since I personally moved from coast-to-coast multiple times with a new baby, disgruntled teens, and a husband who often was working in another location. The skills used during 20 years of transfers expanded my desire to ease the process for the family as well as a unique knowledge of different parts of the country. Don't move to Houston and tell me you want a ranch. You would end up with 50 acres you may not want rather than a one-story home in a planned community!

As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."
Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
