I grew up on the west side of Houston. After obtaining my BA in Psychology from Nazareth College in upstate New York, I relocated back to the Houston area and now live in the Bay Area. I spent approximately 13 years living in the Middle East, Far East and Euro-Asia. I understand the process of relocating, finding a home and a life in a new city. The home is your family's base and the focal point of the life style you desire. Locating that perfect fit should be a pleasurable experience. On the flip side of the coin, selling a home should be an exciting time with prospects of moving on to other adventures and life experiences. Linse is a 37-year-old Katy local, a graduate and wrestling champion from Katy High School, and an expert in the Katy and the West Houston area with over 210 closed transactions (sales, purchases, and rentals) in the past nine years. She purchased her first rental property at only 21 years old and pressed on to obtain a real estate license.
