As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."

Kristy has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Katy - Houston area since 2012. She began her professional career working for a Big 6 accounting firm, and later transitioned to real estate in her role as a real estate internal auditor for a major financial services company. Fast forward to today, she now has her broker's license and is a well trusted real estate adviser in the Katy/ Houston area. Born and raised in Florida, Kristy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and moved to Houston in 1994.
