An avid interior design enthusiast and self-described people person, Kristin found real estate to be the perfect juncture of her two strongest suits. When she decided to transition from the rental side of real estate into buying and selling, she was one step ahead of the game—already well equipped with the market knowledge and experience necessary to confidently guide her clients. She's motivated by being able to help and educate others, and by ensuring her clients feel well informed and taken care of from beginning to end. Kristin finds it important to see things from the perspective of others and makes it her top priority to ensure her clients feel at ease through each step of the buying or selling process. "I love to see my clients happy," she says. "It is so important to me that I do all I can to ensure they feel confident, at ease, and most importantly—excited through each step of the process." When she isn't helping clients find their dream homes, Kristin's usually making memories with her children. Watching them grow and leading them through life is her favorite thing to do. Also an interested traveler and avid Texans fan, she and her family are always on the go—whether to another part of the country, or to NRG Stadium wearing red and blue.

After a decade in Claims and 5 years as an Investigator, I've taken the opportunity to also pursue my passion for Real Estate. I value integrity and ethics which results in happy clients. Norberto Lopez brings 30+ years of experience in real estate, (over 2500 transactions) excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen, and always follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and, more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. As a Principal in a real estate office at Keller Williams Signature, and co-founder of the Norberto Lopez Selling Team, he has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. Norberto consults with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors, and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates. This experience makes him effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use.
