Vickie Ramsey is a Senior Sales Associate with Personette & Associates, the leading on-site Developers Marketing Services Company in Houston. Having worked with Personette since 2000, Vickie has established herself as one of the most accomplished Sales Directors of luxury high-rise and mid-rise condominium and townhome properties in Houston's prestigious "inside-the-loop" neighborhoods. It was this focus that led her to persue and secure her certification as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
Vickie's most recent and, potentially, most impressive, achievement was securing the pre-sale requirement for Highland Tower, a 16-story, 95 homes, residential high-rise condominium, at a time when every other residential high rise development in the planning stages in Houston was scrapped or postponed. Now Vickie has her sights set on selling the remaining residences before Highlands Tower's completion in the spring of 2010.
Prior to leading the effors at Highland Tower, Vickie successfully led the sales efforts at 2520 Robinhood (78 high-rise residences), Bancroft Square Townhomes (42 townhomes) and The Briarglen (68 mid-rise residences). In each case, Vickie's extensive knowledge of the construction process gave her customers the confidence in their choices and provided her developer's with an invaluable expertise in negotiations and relationship management.
A Houstonian since 1981, Vickie earned her Real Estate License in 1990 and began her storied Real Estate career with a Corporate Relocation Company. There she established, developed and managed corporate client accounts and maintained "Top Producer" status for seven consecutive years. She was also Director of Sales and Marketing for three years during which time she supervised, managed and trained agents while implementing plans for account development and managing client relationships.
