Edward Wang was raised in Houston, Texas within a family of residential home builders, which is where he first learned the real estate development and project management industry. He also learned how to analyze and interpret the real estate marketplace, and to create the best showcase for selling homes.
It was at The University of Texas at Austin that Edward earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science before going on to work as an information technology consultant for many years in firms both large and small. Eventually turning his time and attention toward real estate, Edward purchased several passive income properties within the Houston area and began to apply his own management methods to these investments, which flourished and profited under his direction. Combining his technical skill in data analysis and experience as a builder and investor, Edward has been able to find unexpected gems for investors which have quickly turned around to generate positive cash flow for each acquired property.
