My name is Maria Sonnen. I'm a lifelong resident of Texas, currently residing in Katy with my loving family of five. I'm thankful for my adoring husband and four beautiful, charismatic, and caring daughters for being there for me each and every day. My passion for my faith and my family is what led me into Real Estate in 2009. I've always believed in leading a life of giving, whether it be to my church, my family, or my community. Real Estate has rewarded me with the opportunity to do just that. Graduated from the University of Cincinnati w/ a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate. Have managed commercial real estate holdings for large firms in Cincinnati, Ohio and Houston. Duties included managing office buildings and shopping centers, providing financial reporting to institutional investors, reviewing contracts, overseeing major repairs and build-outs, contracting and supervising personnel, negotiating Leases, and day to day operations. Active investor in Real Estate, manage properties for my portfolio and other investors. Provide Investment options for clients and assist in securing financing. Past President of Greater Katy Exchange Club. Organization dedicated to the prevention of Child abuse and Community Service a non-profit organization.
