Hi, my name is Ann Nguyen! I'm a real estate agent who specializes in Houston and the surrounding areas. I'm a native Texan, but raised in MS. Being the Southern girl that I am, I've always been fascinated with houses and dreamt of owning my own plantation home. You can say that I have always been into Real Estate! I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent many years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. I think my favorite accomplishment is the number of clients who have hired me to help them buy or sell multiple homes over the years. I come from a "Tradition of Success"

In my first 8 years of Real Estate, I was Top Producer listing and selling homes. The next 21 years I managed a successful Coldwell Banker United, Realtors office in Katy, Texas. As of December 31, 2016, I retired and am now a real estate assistant to Gretchen Barrilleaux, my daughter. Our philosophy is a simple one: to be here to go the extra mile for our buyers and seller. We work together to create a winning effort in the marketing and sales of residential real estate. Our success is in direct proportion to the success of each individual client and customer.

Sia is a real estate professional who is well-acquainted with the larger Houston area. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Houston's diverse culture and abundant growth opportunities motivated her move to the South. Since then, she has grown to love the variety of foods, cultures, and people that Houston is home to.

With previous experience in customer service and sales, she is dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible to her clients, and she is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that they have a smooth and memorable experience. Given her considerate and empathetic nature, the satisfaction and happiness of her clients take precedence over all. Sia will navigate and accompany those looking to buy or sell through the many intricacies of real estate transactions. She is elated and eager to work with new clientele!

Ben Millen is a Realtor who understands how critical it is to find the right home, the right schools, and the right Community for your family.  Having been corporately relocated over a dozen times, Ben has first-hand personal experience with the home buying and selling process.  Ben also comes from a family of Realtors, and is now the third generation of Realtors in his family.  He is a personable, considerate, and trustworthy individual who does everything he can to maintain relationships with all parties to deliver his clients the best results.  Having prior experience in Sales and Project Management it is safe to say that Ben always has his clients best interest at the forefront of everything he does, which truly compliments the industry of Real Estate. Ben was born and raised in Michigan, and has been a Katy resident since 2010.  As the Father of five children, ranging from College age to First Grade, Ben is thoroughly versed in Katy ISD, both as a realtor and as a parent.  Ben was recently awarded the Lifetime PTA Membership award for his services to the PTA over the last 8 years.  Ben enjoys golf, spending time with his five children, and watching Michigan Football.   Ben is always ready to continue to further expand his knowledge in the Real Estate industry and to create new relationships so feel free to contact him if you are thinking of buying or selling!
