I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have worked with buyers and sellers. In 2017 I obtained my broker's license. I'm a real believer in training and education. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to take 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. I probably get in a minimum of 30 hours every 12 months. The real estate industry is constantly changing...the best way to keep up is to find and take training classes as often as possible...while still finding time to work!
I have served as a volunteer on the Professional Standards Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors since 2007 – it’s a way of giving back to the real estate community and of helping agents, including me, stay on our toes.

When my "Army Brat" and college years took me away from San Antonio, I couldn't wait to get back to the city I know and appreciate more than any other. Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well, and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She loves winding down with creative endeavors, and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.
She also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting local. She is currently a Support Manager for Metta's Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.
