Hi, my name is David Thelen and I've been working in real estate for as long as I can remember. While growing up just outside of Houston in Katy, TX my step father was a New Home Builder Representative within the Katy area. You can say that this put the real estate bug in me and it hasn't wavered since. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last 7 years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. You've probably heard that turning something you love into your career means you'll never have to work a day in your life. I completely embrace that mindset as I work all hours of the day and every day of the year to help others find and sell their homes. Real estate is about the details and I encourage all my clients to research potential neighborhoods, schools and area amenities that work for you. The Houston/Katy area has so much to offer and I truly believe everyone's dream home exists closer than you'd think. I graduated from the Katy High School and Champions School of Real Estate. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE.) I think my favorite accolade is the number of prior clients who have hired me to help them buy or sell multiple homes over the years. Knowing that you've left behind a positive impact is important to me and how I run my business. So, why do I work in real estate, aside from loving it? I do it for my family. I have a stunning wife, two children running around the house and a pet named Teal. We don't leave the state of Texas much and why would we when there are millions of acres to fish and explore!

    Christopher Roe or "Chris" is an experienced, thoughtful and passionate realtor. Chris has the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the best interests of the client.

    Chris has lived and worked in the Houston area since 1995. He has lived in the Clear Lake, Kingwood, Klein and Katy areas of Houston. He understands how to listen to the client, meet their particular desires and navigate the market. He started his time in Houston in the education field, teaching for 21 years. Chris understands how schools work and what really goes on in a school. With his background in education, Chris knows where the good schools are located.

    Chris is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative or ABR. Additional certifications include ePRO and Social Media Pro (SMP). His college experience includes a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Masters of Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

    Chris is an experienced landlord with multiple properties. He has been very successful in the past with helping prospective tenants find a new home, regardless of their credit history. He also knows how to work with new home construction having personally purchased 5 new single-family homes.
