Experience John Talhelm has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on industrial site disposition, acquisition, development, tenant and agency lease representation and build-to-suit assignments. He has assisted national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks involving waterfront development supply chain analysis, site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets. Additional transaction experience includes mixed-use ship terminal operations, steel mills, business parks, commercial land sites and logistics facilities. His current activities include site acquisitions for manufacturing, petrochemical and shipping-oriented firms.

Most of my work experience before real estate was in the oilfield. I've lived in Mexico, Colombia and Italy and worked in much of Europe and Latin America so I speak Spanish well, my Italian is rusty at best but can work in an emergency to order lunch. Much of my experience in real estate is as an investor buying and managing investment properties. Jennifer graduated with a bachelor of science in Nursing from Houston Baptist University and obtained her graduate and post graduate degrees as a Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman's University. She has practiced in the healthcare industry for over 10 years.

Jennifer has lived in Houston Metro area for over 15 years and is very familiar with the area. For several years, Jennifer has assisted buyers, sellers, renters and investors in finding their dream homes and experiences great joy and satisfaction in every client's journey.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with her Husband, Victor, their Labradoodle, Smiley and baking delicious treats. She volunteers at the Houston Food Bank and other community programs that support cancer patients and their families.
