Melanie is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 22 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over twenty years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Melanie has an extensive history of volunteering with Katy ISD both within the schools and as a former Mentor with the KEYS program and has held numerous leadership positions within the Girl Scouts of America over the last ten years. As a licensed REALTOR®, Melanie loves to share her experience and expertise of the Houston Real Estate Market with her clients.

Karlee is passionate about real estate, interior design and everything in between. Her favorite aspects of being a Realtor are assisting in one of the biggest decisions of her clients lives and infusing creative solutions when appropriate. She will help you buy,  sell or lease your perfect home.  Karlee's mission is to use her forward-thinking positivity to encourage and support clients as they navigate important choices, so that they can live a life of distinction and joy. Karlee holds a BA in Finance from Corpus Christi A&M, and has over a decade of industry experience. She currently resides in Katy, TX with her two amazing children and supportive husband. She understands the importance of "home", and is eager to serve her clients with top-notch service and experiences. 

Kelly Atencio, a Venezuelan native and Magnolia, Texas resident, brings extensive sales experience to her role as a certified Real Estate Agent. Formerly a journalist and digital marketing specialist, Kelly transitioned seamlessly to real estate, demonstrating determination and passion. Known for excellent advertising skills and a focus on audiovisual production in real estate, she prioritizes providing top-tier advice and service to her clients. Kelly's rapid transition from a used car salesman to a certified agent reflects her commitment to success. With a clear, optimistic approach, she continues to grow personally and professionally, staying updated on technology, marketing, and real estate strategies. Beyond being an agent, Kelly becomes a part of her clients' families, dedicated to helping the Hispanic community achieve their homeownership dreams. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process easier and successful.

Carey is a full time Realtor who thrives on getting to know her clients and their needs then strategically meeting those goals. She considers herself to be "a life long learner" and is continually looking for ways to grow academically as well as ways to create an unequaled client experience. Her prior professional experience includes advertising, marketing and sales. She is a graduate of University of Houston and has lived in the Houston area for more than 25 years. In her spare time, you can find her around Katy with her family or grabbing a meal with friends.
