Hi, my name is Scott Yao. I have been living in the United States since 1987. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, I am also a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, and Medical Sociology. When I was living in Indiana, I developed a passion for marketing and real estate after having multiple interactions with some of the top real estate agents in Indiana. Fascinated with the idea of becoming a REALTOR®, I registered for and completed the required real estate classes and was in the process of taking my state licensing exam when I received a job offer in Texas within the medical field. At that time, in 2018, I moved to Texas and currently live in Sugar Land, just southwest of Houston. Nevertheless, my interest in real estate never wavered, so I followed that dream and became a licensed REALTOR® in Texas.

What makes real estate so special and fascinating to me? Largely, it is because I get to have a chance to meet and interact with many people from different places and cultures, especially in our widely diverse Greater Houston area.
